It hangs in the air.

A carved wooden whale with a sea-blue back and a white belly.

It floats above a round pale wood base, held in the air by magnets.

The base plugs in to power them.

What you can see moving

Magnets in the pale wood base and in the whale push against each other.

The base keeps that push steady, so the whale stays up in the air.

The base plugs in to power them.
