Shipping Policy

At 9spacex, we aim to provide a transparent and reliable shipping process for our customers across Southeast Asia.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Singapore.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Once processed, your order will be handed over to our logistics partners for delivery.

Shipping Timeframes

We offer two types of products:

1. Ready-to-Ship Products (Dropshipping / D2C):

   • Estimated delivery time: 15–20 days after processing.

   • In many cases, customers receive orders within 10–15 days depending on location.

2. Pre-Order Products:

   • These items may take up to 2 months for delivery.

   • Process: 30 days campaign/funding period + 15–20 days processing and shipping (same as ready-to-ship items).

Shipping Carriers

We do not rely on one fixed shipping provider. Instead, we partner with multiple logistics companies to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Important Notes

• Delivery estimates are provided for reference and may vary due to customs clearance, local courier delays, or peak seasons.

• We will notify you promptly if there are unexpected delays.
