Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with 9SpaceX. Please read our refund and return guidelines below.

📅 Return Period & Eligibility

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be in like-new condition: unused, with original packaging, tags, and all included components.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

📨 How to Start a Return

  • Contact us at admin@9spacex.com to submit your return request.

  • Once approved, you will receive:

    • A return shipping label (for eligible returns).

    • Step-by-step instructions on how to send your item back.

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • The exact return address will be provided once your request is confirmed.

⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

  • Please check your order upon delivery.

  • If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • For manufacturer defects, 9SpaceX covers return shipping costs.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (e.g., batteries, chemicals)

  • Final sale and discounted items

  • Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

  • The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it first and then place a new order once your return is approved.

💳 Refunds & Fees

  • Local Returns: Approved returns will receive a prepaid shipping label at no cost.

  • International Returns (Southeast Asia): Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, duties, and taxes. These are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after your return is received and approved.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at admin@9spacex.com.
