These terms apply when you use www.9spacex.com or buy from us. "9spaceX", "we" and "us" mean 9SPACE, the business that runs the 9spaceX store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies they link to.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission. You agree to give us accurate contact, shipping and payment details.

Products and descriptions

We work to describe every product accurately. Specifications, measurements and photos come from the maker or the supplier, and colors can look different on your screen. If an item you receive doesn't match its description, you can return it under our Refund & Return Policy.

Showcase and Coming soon products are shown for information and interest only. They aren't offered for sale until their page lets you check out.

Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before you order. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
If a price or a product detail is clearly wrong because of an error, or an item turns out to be unavailable, we may cancel the order. If we do, we tell you and refund you in full.
Prices at other stores can be different from ours.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may limit quantities, or refuse or cancel an order, for example when we suspect fraud or reselling. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund you in full.

Reviews, messages and photos you send

When you send us a review, a photo, a comment, a vote or another submission, you confirm it's yours to share and that it's honest. You allow us to show it on our store and in our marketing, with the name you gave. We may remove submissions that are false, offensive or off-topic.

Setup Advisor

The Setup Advisor gives suggestions made by AI from the photo and details you provide. Check measurements and product details before you buy. A suggestion is not a promise that an item fits your desk or meets your needs.

Using our site

Don't use the site to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to send spam or harmful code, to interfere with the site or its security, or to scrape it in bulk. The site's text, photos, graphics and design belong to 9spaceX or to the brands and makers we work with. Don't copy them for commercial use without permission. Product names and logos belong to their owners.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to other websites, such as a maker's site or another store's listing. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.

Warranties

Products come with our 30-day defect coverage and any manufacturer's warranty, as our Warranty Policy describes. Apart from that, and as far as the law allows, the site and the products are provided "as is", without other warranties. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, such as lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the site or the products. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Your responsibility

If you break these terms or the law while using our site, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from that claim.

Disputes

If you have a problem with an order, please email us first at support@9spacex.com. Most problems are solved within a few days. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This doesn't take away any protection the consumer laws of your own state give you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

Other terms

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later. These terms and the linked policies are the whole agreement between you and us about using the site and buying from us.
