The full price of the tier you pick, charged once when you order. There is no second charge.

Yes. Until production starts you can cancel for a full refund. The production date is on the product page.

We extend the campaign or cover the remaining balance ourselves so your order still ships. If we cannot ship it, every order in that campaign is refunded in full.

We email you as soon as the date changes. You can keep your order or cancel it for a full refund.

Each batch has a minimum. When a batch closes with enough orders it goes into production. If it does not, every order in that batch is refunded in full.

To the United States, and to Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines and Singapore.

Shipping is charged on every order. You see the rate for your address and cart at checkout, before you pay.

Each product page shows where the item ships from and its delivery window. We email a tracking number when your order ships.

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging with every part. Write to us first so we can send instructions.

If the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, we send a free return label. If you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping.

Within 10 business days after we receive and approve the return, back to your original payment method.

The manufacturer’s warranty. Each product page states which warranty applies. If something fails, write to us with your order number and we arrange the repair, replacement or refund.
